National Texas Stress Day is celebrated annually on March 1.

History of the Holiday
In February 2021, Texas Stress Inc. established this day in honor of its 30th anniversary, which coincided with the pandemic. The goal was to acknowledge the journey taken and highlight the teamwork that helped overcome difficult times. The holiday emphasizes the importance of unity and support among the Texas Stress team, their clients, and families.

Celebration Traditions
- Wear black and gold clothing or apparel with the Texas Stress logo to show support and unity.
- Organize informal lunches with colleagues or friends to celebrate hard work and team dedication.
- Share appreciation messages, photos, or short videos on social media using a special hashtag to raise awareness of the day and recognize the team’s contributions.
- Conduct virtual or in-person tours of Texas Stress facilities to gain a better understanding of their important work and processes.
- Perform random acts of kindness among colleagues and friends, such as heartfelt notes or small gifts, fostering a positive atmosphere and expressing gratitude for each other's efforts and support.

National Texas Stress Day serves as a reminder of the importance of teamwork, resilience, and recognizing the efforts of those who ensure the safety and efficiency of critical infrastructure.
